I want to apologise but can't as I don't currently mean it

136 days down the drain, I can say I'm no longer clean

I feel numb, my body heavy

I have barely eaten, only a sandwich but probably throw up most of it, it doesn't matter i'm not hungry anyways

Don't let it hurt you too much, 136 days is fantastic and you can look at it like this - you've done it once, and you can do it again! If things are rough do what you can to look after yourself, but you made a fantastic achievement so don't see it as wasted time. Do you think someone training for a marathon thinks their time is wasted when they run a shorter distance, or a slower time? Of course they don't, it's all practice. 136 days is a personal best maybe? Be proud of it as best you can
