I asked for help

I finally told my parents about what I've been feeling and doing as of late. I was scared out of my mind that they were going to judge me, but I was scrolling through this community and saw someone talking about telling people about your habits. They gave me the strength to ask for help, so I want to thank everyone that replies and writes on this forum. I know my journey is nowhere near over, but I never would've made it this far without you guys' unconditional love and support. Thank you.
