I'm so thankful to have met you. I've learned a lot of things here and I'm happy about how things are turning. I've returned to classes and I managed to do all the assignments I had in only two days. But most important, shame is almost gone and I've learnt to forgive myself and to understand that I'm not responsible for what happened to me.

I guess my success would be that the 11th of September marked my 1 year and 4 months free of SH. Urges got worse when i learned about the death in the family but im still going strong and do not plan on ruining my journey.

I was over 7 months clean but relapsed, but I'm 19 hours clean rn and I'm trying for a day and hopefully more!

That in itself is amazing, you have come so far and as I like to remind others and myself, recovery isn't linear, it will have its ups and downs. We are all proud of you. Keep fighting on<3
Today I’m exactly 1 week clean. It may not be much but I’m still happy about it!
