TRIGGER WARNING today was the day that my closest friends would have read my su***de note if i did commit. I wrote this sometime in January before the 11th when I was at my lowest and not even sh could help. But I lived and I thank that today was my a hard day to keep from relapse. Else I wouldn't have remembered. I refuse to relalpse today on February 8th 2021!
