hi there and yes I do self harm. what's the matter? are you okay?
I don't know if I am tbhit's just my friends saw my cuts today and the told me to piss off I told my psych and she acted like who cares
I care! So many people care.
Omg why did they say so? I mean thats your own decission. Yeah of course, selfharming is not fine but if you do so they should accept that and try to help you. My girlfriend did so last year.

I used to but I was able to over come it and I'm 8 months and 2 days clean :)

I was able to stop but I just relapsed ...
@Karentjeuhxx hi ive recently had the same problem, i was recovering for almost 1 1/2 year and then i suddenly started again. I cant even pin point a reason
Its been 2 years clean, when its your time to stop you ll stop, surround yourself with support!
It'll be 2 years for me on April2nd. Never thought I'd get to this point. You're absolutely right about surrounding yourself with support.

I do. I relapsed a week ago and haven't been able to get back out of the vicious cycle ! I want to phone my social worker and talk to her about it but I'm a little worried about her telling my parents. In the whole time that I have been a selfharmerI have never saw myself soo addicted before ! What do I do ? Here if you need me honey what's up ? :)
