Hi, brave members, I am Elena. I am a listener here and this thread is just to let you know you arent alone. Many people struggle with selfharm and people try to convince them that selfharm is just a teenage thing and it wont last. They say that a lot of people are trying to seek for a attention when they tell someone that they self harm. Trust me, selfharm is a serious thing! You are brave and you will overcome it because you are stronger than it!!!
