last night i guess i kinda relapsed. i was several months clean, but it all became too much. it wasnt even that bad, just smacking anf clawing at myself, but i cant help but feel more urges now. it feels like some sort of addiction. the rush of the pain and the way it distracts me from my brain feels so good in the moment, like a sort of high. immediately regret it after tho. idk what to do. my mental health is getting worse and i cant help but crave that rush again.

Hi! How are you doing now? Wow, several months, good on you! It can feel so frustrating and disappointing to break a good streak like that.
Was something in particular happening beforehand that made you relapse? It takes practise to find good coping methods and make them habits.

I do not know that where supermen learned the english but you can learn english from https://procustomwriting.org/ which is one the best website available to compare with other one also you can deal with more as its rating is original and many students take help from the same to get assignment done on time anyway.

It is an interesting discussion about relapse because it can be seen as a way to measure the success of treatment. If someone relapses it means that they have not been able to successfully stay sober and have fallen back into old habits. This can be frustrating for both the individual and their loved ones but it is important to remember that relapse is not a failure. It is a sign that treatment needs to be adjusted or that more support is needed. It is also important to remember that relapse is not inevitable. With the right support, anyone can overcome addiction and lead a sober life.
