When having a difficult day, it becomes even harder to look after ourselves. This can also be difficult if we like to keep in our comfort zone and stick to things we love/ know will help us. This means that there can be a load of things that we could do but choose not to which might actually be beneficial to us. Taking time out to look after ourselves can be so helpful but:...

What is one way you can push yourself out of your comfort zone to try something new?

Answer this question below and remember what animal you have found as you will need this later on.

Not sure what is going on? Check out this thread.

@RockClimber18 oooh this is a difficult one, I think shadowing a friend to an activity or event I would not normally do. Theres a social event in our block today, so perhaps I'll accept my flatmates invitation to go with them, instead of declining in the fear that I will be awkward or won't know what to say!

@emsworld

That sounds like lots of fun. I understand you may feel apprehensive about attending but maybe once you are there you might enjoy it, then if you do, you could attend others in the future. If you dont like it, at least you would have tried something new, and it doesnt mean that you wont enjoy any parties in the future. Best of luck if you decide to go, if not, big hugs from me heart

With my illness, it can be difficult to exercise however I can do very short and simple workouts and that can be a great way to make a change in my life in spite of my limitations.

Indeed, i have been reaching out to my new-found friends at 7Cups. In the past I couldn't wrap my head around "getting help online", but it has proven quite beneficial for my mental health!
