Idk
Hello, im 16 and im french, its very strange to say that, but, i started self harming 4-5 years ago, and i do that because i feel like i deserve it and its help me to feel good, to transform the mental pain into physical pain
Under no circumstances do you deserve to be harmed at all. There are better ways to cope with mental pain. Please reach out. You deserve better.
i’m so sorry you feel the need to inflict pain on yourself. i have recovered from self harm (4 years clean) and my best advice for you is to find things you enjoy like hobbies: painting, reading, working out etc. things that can distract you. another way to relieve your stress, you can try journaling your emotions and talking about them. download apps that will help guide you to maintain staying clean from any form of self harm and throw out the things you use. i know it’s so difficult, but you will feel so much better about yourself when you are better. im so proud of you for reaching out and i understand you’re not feeling good, but this is not your only way to “feel good”. no one ever deserves to feel that way and you especially don’t deserve to hold so much pain. much love, and you got this. -steph
I’ve been there, luckily I’ve been pretty clean the last six years with one or two hiccups. But it’s true, nobody deserves to feel pain like that, especially when it comes from yourself. I know the numb feeling sucks but there are other ways to cope. Writing down my feelings when they’re overwhelming can really help just to unscramble the head and get it all out. Please reach out to someone and get help too. There is no shame at all I’m trying to help yourself get better, and it is possible to do so.
