Hey I’m Ruby, I’m almost 16 years old. I have been self harming since I was 12 and after 3 years I decided to stop I’ve been trying to quit for just under a year but it feels basically impossible.

It certainly feels as though our efforts are in vain , and things will never get better, but hey .. you're trying and that counts to something ! I am so very proud of you for being here, for seeking support, for voicing your feelings, it's so brave of you really ! Keep going, we are here for you and you're doing great already ❤
