*TW*

Hey, this is my first time to share such a thing here, I've started to see a psychiatrist since last two weeks, it's so stressful but in general it went okay but when I asked my psychiatrist how to deal with S/H, he always suggested that I should tell someone about it so they can help if I can't control it, I can't tell anyone, especially mom, yes she's so supportive but I can't tell her that, he suggested that he could tell her by himself about that but I refused, I'm really feeling lost and I don't know what I should do, I've tried a couple of times methods (drawing on my arm, holding a piece of ice /taking cold showers and rubber bands method) but they didn't work for me

Hi Sherlock, i hope you're safe right now.

It sounds rough and I'm aware that maybe it's not easy to open up to someone in life about it without fear of making other upset or misunderstood or even being judge.

You're being very courageous to find way to overcome it by seeing professional therapist, trying many coping strategies and posted here 💕

There are group chatrooms here that you can join (if you haven't already), share your struggle and journey.

Get support from others and support others.

See you there?

- Take care 💕🤗
