Do not relapse. Do not relapse. Do not relapse. Do not relapse. Do not relapse.

You've made it so far. I know you're hurting. I know it hurts. But I'm so proud of you. You're beautiful and i know you're worth it. Things are happening that you might not understand but it's okay. It's okay to cry, so let it out. You're not perfect. You can't be. But you can still thrive. Your heart is heavy and you feel weighed down. you feel like your a burden. you feel like your not worth a friendship. but you are! everything is going to be okay. Don't give up. I love you. You deserve life. please don't relapse.

-I know things might not be the best right now. You've been in this place before.. you can do get out of it again. Stay strong <3

We are all, in our unique set of circumstances, suffering. I don't believe anyone can properly describe their suffering; the proper words elude us.

While we each suffer individually, we are all here suffering together. It is in this communion that we are united.

Although your circumstance are so very individual, we are all joined together in our desire to be free from the pain of suffering.

If you need to rely upon the help of others, that is not a sign of weakness, but of strength. Please remember that there is no one more deserving of your compassion, patience, and loving kindness than you.

Try and be courageous. People are there for you.

Sometimes there are things written in forum posts that are just perfect. The opening post of this thread is one of those posts. Thank you so much @beautifulnightmare16

@Roadie--I 100% agree!

@beautifulnighmare16--That was beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. What you wrote reminded me of something I worked on for so very long (and continue to need almost daily reminders and practice!). It took me a long long time in my life to recognize this statement below. And even longer to accept it:

@Beautifulnightmare16

Ive been struggling for a very long time emotionally and physically and its really taking a toll on me. Idiation gets very hard to control. its embarrasing too. ive got almost a dozen hospital bracelets now and stayed on three occasions. Im very responsible paying bills, seeing my doctor ect. But i have under 45.00 left after bills so my creativity has been tested for a long time trying to make every penny count. Dealing with emotional pain, physical pain, coupled with having to push all the users away has left me alone and i have many challenges to face even in bed trying to sleep in pain with an apnea mask on. I know im an extremely strong smart person, which is why im very worried that no therapy or kind words will solve my issues. But its gotten worse as my strength is wearing thin, anxiety, idiation, lack of resources keeps me from being able to make any changes. No gas is something doctors dont understand when they casually reccommend therapy twice a week, its an hour round trip and i dont have the gas to do that. If my vehicle breaks i cant afford to fix it and will not be able to shop for food. When i get idiation, im afraid and im finding it very hard to trust myself. On top of emotionally motivated, its also very practical based thinking because ive tried to fix what i can but the pain in my bones gets to much, the emotional pain to deep, and my perception goes grey and i cant see any light. Almost every song, or smiling or sad person on tv reminds me of the close people who have passed. Im still here because of my stubborness to live. Ive survived this long because i know its wrong but it gets so hard i care but i stop caring. I really do spend a lot of time searching for inspiration, for happy, for help, and thinking about ways to make my budget work for my needs, but its just not enough to work with. I also have bad PTSD so im on alert, i cannot trust anybody, and i overreact to percieved danger. Its pure hell at times. I have never blamed God for any of this, ive actually thanked God for choose to test me, ive tried looking at it as a blessing and as test i need to strive to get an A on. Im afraid to fail soon.
