how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

About a week but before that 5 months
I was dying to cut myself last night, I couldn't do it cause I'm at my aunt's, it's been like nine months I think I haven't cut myself
@Majid1
Hey hope so you are doing well . After reading your post i just became curious to reply . I have a friend who had the same problem . He went with me to a councellor . He was advised to take some medicines as he was in depression . I helped him dyring this process . Now he is okay . He is married and soon he will be a father . Please do consult someone if you have not done because you need someones help .
It would've been a year and a half this month, but now it's only a week.
It's been a little over a month. It's been tough, but I'm hanging in there.
About 21 days so far
For me, I think it's been about nine months, and before that, at least three months. For me, a big part of hurting myself less was changing my living situation and not being around people who make me feel bad about myself. Unfortunately, that's most of my family :( But I've written a book about a girl who cuts and then overcomes it. It might be triggering to some, but it ends with hope, and hope is what keeps me from hurting myself recently. You can buy the e-book for $2.99 (https://www.amazon.com/Alamedas-Awakening-Tara-Pegasus-ebook/dp/B01CRNJR6K/) if you're interested.
It has been almost a month this time. I stopped because my arm is starting to scar very badly and I don't want the marks forever. I have been cutting on and off the past 5-6 years. I had been clean almost two years but after being diagnosed with Ptsd, clinical depression and panic disorder I found myself alone and couldn't control my emotions from being raped recently. I am fighting to stay clean only because instead how people look at my scars and especially my fresh cuts off
It's been over two years for me. It didn't help me to count the days or remember the date of the last time I did. Doing that just exacerbated my mental state. I didn't make a conscious decision to stop until I realized that it had been about a month and I was feeling better than I had in a while.
It's been about a day for me. Before that, it's been about a year. I was able to push it aside for the most part. Now it's all I can think about.
I've been self harm free for a year today. But honestly it's still really hard.
