how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

five days! not a lot compared to some, but good for me.
I have been self-harm free for 10 years.
I just hit my year and a hlaf mark of being clean. That's the longest I have been clean. I am really struggling with urges again lately, which has me frustrated as my life has gotten a million times better than it was when I decided to get clean. I get really scared that I'm going to relapse and mess it all up
The longest I've been clean was 102 nights. I broke that streak 3 days ago. I was so mad, because I had to wear band-aids to my badminton practice for no reason other than to cover up the scars. And even then, one person knew I didn't fall into a rosebush. I just hope I can beat my record before my worsening thoughts eat me alive.
1 day...i was free for 2 and a half years but then recently I've been having a tough time. I am trying really hard to stop though.

@DampSweater dont worry, youll get there and you sound like you really care, I understand what you mean though...
75 days clean from my 11 yr self harm addiction!
274 days clean
On June 1, 2018, I will be self harm free for 7 years. I was a cutter for 13 years. on june 1st of 2011 I was in the ER for stitches and sitting there I looked at my body and I had a sick feeling in my stomach, I was covered from neck to toe with cuts of varying degrees of severity...literally. I just couldnt do it anymore, I knew I wanted to stop and I had been trying and failing again and again for a while but this was the last straw, I knew I had to stop or I was gonna end up dead. Saying that it was one of the hardest thing Ive ever had to do would be an understatement and let me just say, even now I have urges, even when using all my coping skills I know, I still have trouble but the one things that stops me at that point is that I dont want to go back to day 1.
