Bullying report
Hello. I have decided to leave this community for good because of consistent deterioration of the site's quality. However before I leave I wanted to report that today I saw a moderator that goes by the handle of [named removed by forum moderator]openly bully and threaten people on the depression support group chat. He told me he does this because he has to enforce the rules, but his methods of speech were completely unfriendly, insulting, and downright hostile. I hope you pay more attention to what kind of people you make moderators here. This specific moderator managed to turn a safe haven for depressed people into a hostile place where only theestablished users are apparently allowed.
This site used to help me, but now it's just a mess.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had to experience such a behavior, I am trulysaddened that a place that is suppose to offer saety and comfort has turned in a place that has brough negative experience to you.However, I do encourage you to do what is best for yourself and prioritize your self care.
I removed the name of the moderator for confidenciality reasons, but I would highly encourage you to use the moderator review form hereso our group moderator leaders can be aware of this event and addressed this situation to avoid future misshappenings. Also, if you or anyone else ever experience some trouble in the support rooms, please consider using the emergency form in the rules of the chatroom. This will alert our group mod leaders and they will take charge in handlign the problem as soon as possible.

Sorry you had a bad interaction with a moderator! I am an intern here and I know it is stupid but it is impossible for things not to fall through the cracks. On the opposite side of the situation I get trolled by guests all they time and get some pretty creepy messages often. We can just do the best with what we have. Hopefully you return someday and if not I still wish you the best :)
