Now Accepting Applications for Teen Coordinator & Subcommunity Coordinator!

As you may have read, our Subcom/Teen Community Manager @Hope is shifting her area of focus to support the launch and evolution of our new 7 Cups Academy. In order for her to have the bandwidth to pour into the Academy, she will be focusing full-time on her new role, which means Subcommunity and Teen will need new managerial oversight.

We are opening applications for a Subcommunity Coordinator and a Teen Coordinator. Please read through the descriptions, requirements and expectations for each below.

Teen Coordinator

Requirements

- Passionate about mental health

- At least 2 years experience working with Teens (Onsite or offline)

- At least 1 year of leadership experience (Teen Leadership Experience is preferred)

- Zero Behavior Reports

- Must be comfortable with being on camera/calls (for example for doing live youtube events)

Expectations

- Oversee the teen community

- Supporting existing teen projects and coming up with new projects as per need.

- Swift handling of teen side reports

- Good with metrics and data tracking

- Set and be able to track Objectives and key results (OKRs)

- Document experiments/progress towards set objectives

- Work with admin team to support teen rooms

- A positive attitude and presence

- Good sense of boundaries

Sub-communities Coordinator

Requirements

- Passionate about mental health

- At least 2 years experience working with forums/online communities (onsite or elsewhere)

- At least 1 year of leadership experience (sub-community leadership experience is preferred)

- Engagement driven

- Zero Behavior Reports

- Must be comfortable with being on camera/calls (for example for doing live youtube events)

Expectations

- Maintain and grow 7 Cups sub-communities

- Providing oversight to sub-community leadership

- Good with metrics and data tracking

- Open to collaboration with admins and volunteers & a team player

- Set and be able to track Objectives and key results (OKRs)

- Document experiments/progress towards set objectives

- A positive attitude and presence
