Ongoing Education opportunities
In an effort to help our volunteers we are launching monthly education opportunities. Below is our plan for 2019, but some of them may change as we identify community needs. Is there something you'd like to see? Comment below with your suggestions. To start this off we are focusing on learning opportunities that are based on our 7 Cups values. This will continue through August, then we have some opportunity to mix it up so your ideas are welcome!
Dates for when these opportunities launch on the site will be announced in our monthly meeting posts (also in Kitchen Table).

Reflection on growth and goals
I'm glad to know that there are education opportunities as such and I believe that these would be very helpful not just for our 7cups journey but for lifelong learning.
I'd also like to suggest some things that I'd like to be discussed in the future, if applicable:
- The importance of setting boundaries between 7cups and real life responsibilities
- Conflict resolution and the significance of being assertive and agreeing to disagree
- Our main role as a volunteer and listener on 7cups and what is expected of us
- How to recover from setbacks and issues encountered as a volunteer?
- How to avoid having crab mentality and being in a competition with others as a volunteer in the community?
That's all for now. Thank you!
