Requesting Feedback: Chat request waiting times

Hi everyone! I've received so much feedback and will be closing the survey. Thank you all for your responses and thoughts! We will be using this to improve aspects fo the member/listener connection experience.

I totally missed this survey but sometimes it can take forever. I think the longest I've waited is like 20 minutes before giving up.

I appreciate that 7cups is looking into it but I really can't tell you how discouraging these wait times are, and then couple it with a listener who doesn't respond or handles the chat completely the wrong way.

Thank you for the support I'm really sorry I seemed so moody but I was truly upset. I know that this place is for helping folks like myself and the way I was treated is not standard, just at that time it was horrid timing to find the wrong listeners here and I lashed at the system instead of looking for understanding in myself toward the system as a whole. I apologize for making it public I stead of going to the source I still feel the listeners was in the wrong but I was wrong to blame 7 cups. I've in the past found much support here and I let a few bad apples spoil my barrel.

As for advice to fix things I've drawn a blank I feel yall do best possible here and I really don't know how yall could improve more then yall have.
