Sharing Circle is a mess and needs changing
Heya,
I'll be concise; sharing circle is poorly organized, and thus makes it confusing for newbies.
I often see many new faces at sharing circle, but the new users don't knoe the guidelines, queue, or really, what is happening.
In app/site features to make this more organized would he awesome.

@Mapita even experienced members and listeners seem confuse about rules.
there is ALWAYS interruptions despite those texts "I will now share some guidelines to keep in mind. We want this circle to be a safe space for all those who are seeking support. These guidelines ensure that everyone gets the time to share uninterrupted and that we can be a supportive presence in our circle" then "2. Please do not ask questions to the sharer and keep supportive phrases short." and "4. Please do not interrupt other shares"
but for being contradictory and bring confusion, they ask the member to say if they want share unterrupted OR if they want feedback. then they blame the member who is sharing and complaint about being interrupted if they havent repeated again they dont want being interrupted before their share, like if it was them who were doing something wrong rather than the one who is interrupting.
