I was talking to a listener, I reviewed them and before the pop up closed down, there was a "back us" pop up which I said "no thanks" to but before I know it, I'm taken to the "back us" page, mid conversation! That's ridiculous. It's all so forceful! I pressed "no thanks"; I shouldn't have been taken to the back us page at all!

The orange "therapy trial" button is really in your face, it should be a softer colour.

I know you guys want monetary support, but there's better ways to go about it than this.
