I can't use the chat?

Not entirely sure why but I can't access the chat on my computer.. I can on my phone and my laptop but not my main computer. comes up withCode 100-b05cb1f737f0fe91f4354cf3e7f3b921 not very sure why. Please help, not sure if this is the right place for this threat or not. thanks,

try clearing your cache and logging in again. maybe that will fix it. let me know how it goes.

Unfortunatelyhasn't made a difference, I've even re-installed Google Chrome but it doesn't even work on Internet Explorer.

that is odd, try installing firefox, maybe on that? it could be that an extension or software on your PC is interfering with the website.
