I put in a positive review but something weird happened
Hey 🙂 Last night, I put in a 5 star positive review following a chat with one of my favorite listeners here (I consider him a good friend as well 😊) and also added a lot of positive comments, but got an e-mail from 7 Cups Quality Control which made it seem as if I had left a critique rather than a positive review. Could this be clarified because I dont want my listeners, who I trust and get along well with, to think I gave them a low review when I didnt? Thank you so much in advance! 😊 P.S. : I hope I didnt make a mistake swiping in my phone - because I meant to make my review 5 STARS. 😱

Hi Abby! Please pm @EvelyneRose with the listener name so she can investigate if the review was flagged correctly. With respect to your listeners thinking you gave them a low review, the username is not shared with the listener whether it's a positive review or a coaching moment.
