Stuck at Progress Step 7

I've tried all 3 options to get through Step 7 and nothing is working. I've replied to two threads, created a new thread, talked to a listener, and posted 5 messages in group chat. Nothing will move it. Weird. When replying to threads, it goes to a white screen and just sits there. It has no source code. Hitting refresh will repost the same thing though. And the new thread I made did the same thing though it doesn't appear to have ever shown up. Not sure if this one will either. Kinda buggy! I'm using Chrome, BTW, and I'm probably behind some kind of work-related firewall.
