Sensitive about making mistakes
Hi,
I am frustrated with myself today because I got two questions on a homework wrong because I didn't double check my answers closely enough because I was stressed about turning it in. I was also feeling particularly stressed about this hw because the last exam I got a C on and I feel like I was struggling a lot and frustrated that other people seem to to be getting it more than me.

It sounds like there's a lot of things that can be adding and stressing you out. That's understandable as a student. Sometimes the worry and anxiety can cause us to make more mistakes especially when it causes us to be rushed. What are somethings you can learn from this instance? What can you do different next time? Identify these things can help you understand yourself and avoid finding yourself in the same situation you're in. School is hard and such is the nature of life haha. But I'm sure you'll be able to turn this around into something great. Wishing the best of luck, and rooting for you!

I am sorry that you are feeling this way. I know that these sorts of thoughts can be extremely difficult to get off of your mind but it is important to also remember what you are doing right. You should be proud of yourself for putting in the effort to make a come back from your last test! I will also add that mindset can have a huge impact on the ways we do things. Maybe the next time you are about to start some practice (such as homework) for a test, remind yourself of the studying and work you have done so far and feel good about yourself. Even if it is for a minute. I always find a superman pose before doing anything puts me in a different mood, even if it makes me laugh. Hope this helps and good luck with your next test!
