Study Breaks!
Dear Lovely People,
It's exam time! Yep, sadly. We all are on our desks with books open, headphones, pencils, pens writing and a cup of coffee (or water!) It's stressful, I know. But how to relieve the stress? ✨Study Breaks✨
We all take study breaks between our study sessions. But what do we do in those breaks? Most of us would answer this question with the following - Social media, Youtube, surfing the web and video games, right? However, these activities don't help with productivity. They can distract you or make you feel more tired than you are already. Go for an activity that gets you moving and relaxes your mind without putting it to sleep.
The following is a list of what you can do during study breaks -
- Listening to a song that energises you
- Take a walk
- Laugh!
- Do 20 jumping jacks
- Tidy up your workspace
These are only a few ideas. Share some of yours below! Wait, wait! Where are you going? It isn't over yet. I should have included the main point! (sorry, hehe 😅)
Why do you think these breaks are essential? Please share your insights below. Thank you!
Take care, everyone, and I wish you (not good but) great luck with your exams! (I know it's terrible but sorry, not sorry. Somebody has to cheer you up 😛) Thank you for reading!

Great article Tae! I'm someone who needs my breaks to be able to go through long periods of studying/writing. I usually like taking short 5 minute-10 minute breaks every hour so I can refresh my mind. Without them I tend to be overly fixated on problems, less creative in my solutions and overall less efficient! Breaks help!

Breaks help a lot in between study sessions.
