oh my gosh, that sounds really tough!! i know exams can be really really hard, and the worry of failing is definitely there; it's even tougher because you studied so hard for it, and yet somehow the questions just weren't the ones you studied. however, i believe it's alright if you fail :) i sincerely hope you don't, of course, but if you do fail, you can always get back up and try again! if anyone judges you just because you fail, please just know that they have no right to, since everyone makes mistakes sometimes. no one can always have a perfect a* grade, right? i'm sure you'll be fine, and until then, best of luck!
The fear of failure can be very pronounced at times. The stress level can be so high that we no longer feel confident and failure seems evident. It will be okay. Study how much you are able to. Give yourself a little break. Take deep breaths and try to do simple stress relieving exercise. https://www.helpguide.org/articles/stress/relaxation-techniques-for-stress-relief.htm
Repeat to yourself that your exams will be okay and few self affirming words.
The more you will stress yourself, your ability to focus and retain will decrease. I am sure that you will be fine if youare able to control yoir fear/anxiety/stress.
All the best and take care :)
The same feeling with me but divide my work i focus on study and writing work share with my friend and ask her to Do My Essay For Me we divided our task it's helped me give more time to do a study.
