Motivation after failure

Hello everyone :) could you please help me? I am 25 and currently enrolled in first year of environmental science. I work part time because I have no family and no scholarships because this is my second bachelor degree. I started in September, but in October I felt sick and being diagnosed with an illness that causes tiredness and pain all over my body (they also told me I can't have children due to this disease). It was kind of shocking for me so I couldn't cope with this news until yesterday. Now is too late for me to prepare for this semester exams because I couldn't go to lectures, but I'm now ready to come back and focusing only on my dream career. Do you have any suggestions to what should I do now? I feel like I want to study even if is too late, but I also feel like I am stupid to start studying now.. Also my time is limited because of work and health issues. I really need some advices and a little bit of motivation ✨
