Ooooooooh, an Australian website! Also, thanks for posting this! Very helpful xx ❤️
Wow, thank you so much for sharing this!
As someone who joined 7cups primarily because of major procrastination problems (and basically 9 out of 10 of my conversations with listeners involve talking about my procrastination problems) I am very glad that I came to the Student Support forums and saw this. I'm really glad that some actual psychologists made this guide, I knew procrastination was a very widespread problem but seeing the specific stuff this guide covers, I've thought about similar things before and I feel like I've never been so understood
I was already at a stage where I was seriously, seriously trying to figure out why I procrastinate and what I can do about it, and from what I've read so far this is really helpful.
I almost ignored this because I thought "I'm already figuring this out on my own" but one of the module titles caught my attention and I am so glad it did.
Really excited to work through rest of this. Thank you for posting, this really is something relevant to a lot of students!

Thanks for your kind message! I often worry no one sees my posts but it makes me happy you found it!!! They have lots of guides for other mental health topics too. It's one of the best sites for free resources I found so far. Thanks for letting me know about how it helped you and hope to hear about your recovery journey as you move along!
Thank you for posting these modules! I bet it'd be a great and beneficial resource for the students out there.
Tagging @nightshadevenom and @windsandshadows to share this with them c: Let's fight off procrastination!
