I don't think it's just students that procrastinate. I am a full time occupational therapist who works a lot with younger students, working to help them compensate and overcome lots of challenges in school and life. And yet... I am the master procrastinator myself. Procrastinating until I have 2 month long overdue notes and things to. Then I catch up. Then I repeat the cycle again. It is horribly exhausting, a result of unmanaged adult ADHD which cycles into feelings of anxiety and depression.

Hi there! Indeed procrastination isn't only for students, it could come into many shapes and about anything. I'm sorry that it makes you that anxious. It's a cycle that sorta hard to break. Trying and divide the work load and set tasks through out the day could be helpful to get things done without them piling up on us.
