- Avoid situations that provide easy distractions

I feel like its a fear of failing, and so I just don't start....
There are a lot of good points on here. I think fear of failure is a huge part of it.
To be honest, I think my phone is the cause of my procrastination. I often lack motivation and then I spend hours doing unimportant things on my phone instead of trying to motivate myself to do something
Anxiety, or no time. It has to be just right or i get anxious and that means i literally have to sit down and write my papers in one session, and it sucks cuz i don't have the time.
Doing something I don't really enjoy.
