I am going to shower upon you a few tips which can help you handle a large number of tasks.

Tip no. 1: leave things better than before

what do i mean by that is. we often see a large number of tasks awaiting us before our deadline. we never cherish thia moment. we never say that what i am doing now is enough..yes momentum might build up in near future but right now ya. this is the time. and i am just goimg to set one goal that i am determined to leave things better than before.

Tip no. 2: one task at a time. one hour at a time.

we can say like. i do not know about entire day. but ya this one hour from now onwards. i set myself.. to not juat fwwling good but also. trying to accomplish my tasks at hand with ease. by jotting down all the to do. and what im set out to do in this hour. so guys take one task at a time one hour at a time and live from a positive point.

Tip no. 3: slow down

guys i know alot to do. but overwhelment never speeds up things. just slow down. keep a background white noise. thats my anchor. i will work from that point. i will feel good first. focus on white noise for as many 10 minutes as are required to make my energy positive and then work on stuff from good feeling point. afterall im studying working to bring happimess to my life. and if i practice unconditional happiness. i am in a way practising how i wud feel when i win. By slowing down i mean directing myself to no thought clear head ao that i can study better. from clear head.

@proudParadise25 This is great advice thank you.

I recently read something regarding procrastination that helped me: Effective planning turns a daunting item into a series of small, clear, manageable tasks

Love this.

I think your observations about how we don't cherish the moment are very important. I've been working on this myself more in the last six months. Always seems like I'm waiting for the next thing. An application to be approved, or a paper to go into publication. It's especially easy to get caught in this mindset now while we're all waiting to see people again.

Thank you for the reminders, my friend.
