Burnout and understimulation
I just feel like everything is too slow, repetitive, and not intellectually stimulating. It's all the same. I genuinely feel this way.
Too many times, I find myself getting extremely bored during my classes, and as a result, I work ahead or get my work done during the teaching. Many of my teachers don't like that since there are times that you might have done too much and / or mess it up completely. However, I can not help myself since a lot of the times, my mind is already registering what the teacher is saying, and it's extremely tiring.
It's tiring because it causes me to get burnout, which is a pain in the ***. My burnout is so bad that sometimes I wouldn't pull out of my bed or even eat or even do anything else other than just sleeping. I can't even study or do anything right now because of how tired I am. I sleep around 7 to 10 hours on school nights, by the way.
I don't say this to my teachers because I feel like they will think I'm rude. I'm also very aware that people learn at different rates, so the teachers teach slower so that those students can understand.
I tried napping after school, but my mom never let's me because she thinks that I'll sleep too much and waste the night doing whatever. Even though that never even happened but whatever
I want to know how on earth I'm getting over this burnout and severe understimulation. And please don't say exercise or therapy because I already do those things
