Can somebody help me?
I don't know what my mental health issue is but these past few months I lost interest on almost everything that use to like doing before.
I am a college student (graduating) throughout all the years in college they see me as smart and strong person. People are always telling me that I'm so smart but I know deep inside in myself that I am not.
Now I feel pressured, teachers have high expectations on me, my classmates are slowly improving compared to me. And because of that I slowly lost interest in learning.
Since elementary up to college I am all on my own, I have no one to guide me if what I am doing is right or wrong. I just hide all of my problem in front of everyone, that's why people think that I am okay, but in reality I am happy outside but I don't know how to explain inside.
What I've been noticing in myself in these past few months are, I am having trouble concentrating, I am always tired, always sleepy, sometimes I don't eat whole day and sometimes I eat a lot in one sitting.
I am afraid to make mistakes because I am afraid of what the poeple may think of me. I am afraid to disappoint those people who loop up to me, I am afraid to look weak in front of them.
I am afraid to try anything becuase I am afraid to fail. I don't really know what to do anymore and through searching in the internet on where I can talk to people with my mental health for free, I see this site and I hope I'll be better soon.
@cyanVillage2186 You are to be commended for looking into what possible issues are causing you to lose interest in learning. From what you have described about yourself, this combined with tiredness and a swinging appetite, seems completely out of character for you. Although the free aspects of 7 Cups may be very beneficial - forum, listeners, group chat and growth - this will not result in a professional assessment of your mental health. For this, I can highly recommend the therapists at 7 Cups for which the cost is very reasonable and infinitely beneficial in helping you out as you have asked. I wish you all the best in your search for answers.

I'm so sorry that you're going through this but just know that I'm proud of you!
It's a very daunting task to go around trying to navigate life on your own but I hope you can prioritize yourself and know that it is okay to ask others for help! No matter the expectations they hold of you, you know yourself the best, and if asking for help is going to allow you to improve yourself, I hope you're able to find the courage to do so!
I hope you're able to find interest in what you enjoy again and that you are successful in class!
Good luck and feel free to reach out to other listeners if you need to talk things out! :)
