College applications
I applied for fall intake this year, but I haven't heard back from any colleges yet. It's almost mid July. All my friends are already in college or university. Some even on their second year. I feel left behind. I'm also scared that I won't ever get in. Or that something will go wrong and I won't get an opportunity to pursue further education. I'm on financial support, so keeping my sponsor waiting might not be ideal for me. I don't know if they will be able to support me for the next intakes in January. I'm almost 20, so it's kinda setting me off. I don't know what to do when everyone around me is pressuring me to get into college early. I don't mind waiting. It's just the peer pressure. I feel so stressed and hopeless as time goes on. I hope everything works out for me and I get the opportunity to learn.

Can you do community college? <3
@practicalcrestfallen I can really feel the weight of your words, and I just want you to know that my heart goes out to you. It seems like you're working so hard to stay positive, even with all these uncertainties going on like you mentioned waiting for replies, feeling the pressure from those around you, and holding onto your dreams through it all. That’s a tough spot to be in but you have got this.
It's totally normal to feel scared, anxious, or even hopeless right now. Anyone in your shoes would have this feeling of being left behind and unsure about financial support while trying to navigate all this pressure can be overwhelmed too. And let me tell you that you're definitely not alone in this. This happens every single year with millions of people.
You’re juggling a lot, and that effort you’re putting in is important. This space is here for you no judgment, no pressure, just people who care and want to listen. I’m really glad you decided to this share. You matter, and so do your feelings. If you still want to discuss it more I can always listen to your worries. <3
Lastly, I'm so proud of you.
