I have my re exams going since i couldn't clear in one....n sometimes it's overwhelming coz i know i didn't deserve this n i did so much of hard work still ended up here...n pains more when u r going through it for the first time...i motivate myself a lot but sometimes u know u just feel so low...n it's Hard... very hard.. constant low n worthless feeling...it sucks!

@shyCamp648 What you're going through is very reasonable. During the exam period, anxiety and stress can cause all these thoughts. It's very important that usually you find the way to do self-validation. Having a bad day doesn't mean it'll always be like that and all the efforts you've done are appreciated and not gone to waste because of a single exam. Take your time to relax and take a step back. Sometimes putting too much pressure on yourself to study may be the cause of these feelings. Remember you are important and practice self-care. This will bring you one step closer to coping with all these negative thoughts! Thank you so much for sharing!

I'm a university student, currently on my third year ,out of hopefully four. I've been feeling so tired, I don't know if I'm experiencing a burnout or not...but I want to cry, there's so much to do,but lately studying feels as though I'm poking a fresh wound with burning metal. I have to rest but there's no time...this is terrible.
