Recently I feel like I have just been stuck in a permanent downfall. I have recently started my GCSEs and am doing ten. I sometimes have bursts if motivations do might have a good week but apart from that there’s nothing. Everyone is pressuring me to drop a subject but I’m not going to. I do lots of activity’s and often just don’t get a break. Not really sure what the purpose of this post is to be honest

Hey there josie, How is it going ? That must be challenging balancing time between 10 GCSEs and having other activities to do as well. It's alright to feel these brusts of motivation. We all have our good and bad days. What do you think is something that help you get unstuck?

I think just king breaks like holidays tbh but they obvs aren’t very often so I just have weekends basically. I’m thinking about dropping one but I think it’s really useful.

@JosieBiddulph Maybe you should see if you could just get a day where you take a break? or just get at least an hour where you can just breath, drink some water, and maybe eat something if you haven't? Writing in a journal daily helps a bit, also just having someone that you can talk to!
