Another chapter, again

Im on the doorstep of a new chapter. I don't know what is ahead of me, but I am certain that this current chapter is over in days. So I'm trying to connect with this "soon to be history" stage of my path.

I hope some of you can relate to this.

I know we are all tired in someway. And we all try. Here in 7 Cups, and out there in the loud and heavy world. we are all struggling. Not dramatically. Just daily and carrying something that doesn't have a name yet.

And in the middle of that the world keeps talking at us.

Raise your frequency. Align to the stars. Manifest harder. The universe is watching. People are watching. Give love, give time, make effort , do this, get that. Change yourself first, controle your mind, then maybe you will be allowed to rest. Go to therapy. Fix your attachment style. Take your meds. Do the work. Heal properly, feel this way, measure your emotions, fit into the treatment plan.

Helpers become a system. healing start to sound like a prescription for how to be acceptable.

I am not saying these things don't help. I believe they save lives. And for some, they could a breathing room in a suffocating world.

But here is my statement :

I do not believe the stars hold my future. I do not believe my thoughts sould be graded. I do not believe I must break myself into pieces and rearrange them through meditation or medication, manifistation, contwmplation. Or through steps or rituals just to receive permission to exist. A permission to be safe.

what if I don't want that version of success? What if I only want to make something beautiful with my hands. Cook something and share it with others. Read one good page. Sit in the grass and feel the earth as a companion. What if I only want to imagine worlds beyond this one, not to escape, but to remember that life is larger than any system.

We are all walking different paths. What heals you might not touch me. What frees me might confuse you. And that is not a flaw. That is the whole point.

Even now. Even in the dark. Even when the world feels cruel and noisy and hungry for our surrender. Even when therapy feels like homework. Even when the meds help but also numb. Even when i have tried everything and nothing has turned me into the person i was told i should be.

I am grateful.

Not because life is easy. It is never easy.

But because my struggle makes me real. It cracks me open and i pour humanity into the cracks. And in those cracks, somehow, i can find room for wonder.

I am grateful for the small, disappearing joys. The ones i barely catch. A laugh that escapes before i remember i was sad. The steam rising from a coffee cup. A few seconds of somethings that feels i have. And i lose them almost immediately. The fact that i still exist.

I am grateful that we are all so different. Different wounds. Different medicines. Different versions of okay.

And yet, against every odd, we are here. At the same time. Breathing under the same wounded sky. Not because we earned it.

Not because we performed well in therapy. Not because our brain chemistry finally cooperated.

But because life, in its strange and broken beauty, simply gave us this.

So tonight, if you are struggling, if you are weary, if you have stopped believing in frequencies and formulas and even in the gentle systems meant to help you. Know this:

You do not need to change to receive. You have already received the only thing that matters.

You are here. You are human. You are allowed to just be.

And that, somehow, is enough.

@Oldsoul1618

Friend - I'm very amazed of your wisdom and humility. Maybe you have suffered to become what you are. Maybe one day you will tell us about the difficulties on your road.

Warm and heartly greetings from Helga.
