...See more Life can be hard. Living among people, navigating society, and carrying the weight of our own minds is not always easy. There are moments when we wonder whether we possess the strength, wisdom, or resilience to make our way through difficult and unfamiliar territory. There are days when we feel small, helpless, or emotionally drained. Days when we question ourselves more than we should. We stand in front of mirrors searching for answers, and sometimes we discover we have not yet found the right questions. Then there are quiet days. ordinary, uneventful days. I have learned to appreciate them. And sometimes a familiar face appears, someone who reminds me to offer the very best of who I am, even when I dont feel at my best. Sometimes I wonder whether I am grateful enough. As its something I thought I would have mastered by now, yet, it continues to be a daily practice rather than a destination. I remind myself that this life is an experience, a journey, a brief stop along a much greater path. I only wish I could remember that more often when life places obstacles in my way. So whatever you are carrying today, know that you are not alone. This moment, however heavy it feels, will one day become a memory. Every hardship is only one step on a long road. a road that, in one way or another, is leading us home. To my fellow travelers in this 35 + community : do not spend these precious years imprisoned by worry or regret. 40 is not the beginning of the end, its the stage of perspective. A chance to exchange certainty for wisdom, urgency for patience, and achievement for contentment. I wish you all peace, strength, and serenity as I wish them for myself too. It is not always easy to exist. But an extraordinary privilege to witness 40+ years of life. I hope this post touches someone in the way i inteded it to do .

...See more In about 18 hours, im taking another flight, and i will be stepping into the next chapter of my journey on this earth. A chapter that may turn out to be one of the most significant phases of my life. Everything is now decided, and I will do my best to make the most of it, to let it become a solid stepping stone toward whatever comes next. With the countless physical hugs and goodbyes i had to edure here, I feel a deep sense of gratitude toward many souls who have been there for me online . Those who supported me, listened, and stayed present, even when my thoughts felt heavy, complicated, or hard to follow ( and in an alphabetical order ) To @Amanda84 @Creamyyy @fossilfellow @jesusredeemedme2425 and many others I failed to name here : You have been a quiet light in my path. You never hesitated to read, respond, upvote, or simply be there, even when my posts were too long, too intense, or too difficult to engage with. Thank you for being who you are. It truly means more than I can express. If I forgot anyone, please know wasnt intentional . feel free to remind me. Wishing you all love and peace. Wish me luck, im crossing over.

...See more In five hours, Im boarding a plane. a new city, new challenges, new people and lots of temptations. A new chapter, though I dont see chapters as things that ends for good anymore, And I dont believe we fully let go of who we were. We carry it with us. Its true Im not who I was six years ago, but that person is still a part of me, living inside everything I am now. I am all of it combined. Strangely, Im not excited, not afraid, not sad, not even particularly happy. Just calm. But above all, Im grateful. for every moment of sobriety, for every book that allowed me to learn about ideas and lives beyond my own. I only hope I can find the strength to make something worth remembering out of this chapter. And I promise i will do my best to stay true to my path of sobriety. So, until I return here ... Be yourself. Be blessed. And breathe life in gratitude while you still have it.

...See more Im on the doorstep of a new chapter. I don't know what is ahead of me, but I am certain that this current chapter is over in days. So I'm trying to connect with this "soon to be history" stage of my path. I hope some of you can relate to this. I know we are all tired in someway. And we all try. Here in 7 Cups, and out there in the loud and heavy world. we are all struggling. Not dramatically. Just daily and carrying something that doesn't have a name yet. And in the middle of that the world keeps talking at us. Raise your frequency. Align to the stars. Manifest harder. The universe is watching. People are watching. Give love, give time, make effort , do this, get that. Change yourself first, controle your mind, then maybe you will be allowed to rest. Go to therapy. Fix your attachment style. Take your meds. Do the work. Heal properly, feel this way, measure your emotions, fit into the treatment plan. Helpers become a system. healing start to sound like a prescription for how to be acceptable. I am not saying these things don't help. I believe they save lives. And for some, they could a breathing room in a suffocating world. But here is my statement : I do not believe the stars hold my future. I do not believe my thoughts sould be graded. I do not believe I must break myself into pieces and rearrange them through meditation or medication, manifistation, contwmplation. Or through steps or rituals just to receive permission to exist. A permission to be safe. what if I don't want that version of success? What if I only want to make something beautiful with my hands. Cook something and share it with others. Read one good page. Sit in the grass and feel the earth as a companion. What if I only want to imagine worlds beyond this one, not to escape, but to remember that life is larger than any system. We are all walking different paths. What heals you might not touch me. What frees me might confuse you. And that is not a flaw. That is the whole point. Even now. Even in the dark. Even when the world feels cruel and noisy and hungry for our surrender. Even when therapy feels like homework. Even when the meds help but also numb. Even when i have tried everything and nothing has turned me into the person i was told i should be. I am grateful. Not because life is easy. It is never easy. But because my struggle makes me real. It cracks me open and i pour humanity into the cracks. And in those cracks, somehow, i can find room for wonder. I am grateful for the small, disappearing joys. The ones i barely catch. A laugh that escapes before i remember i was sad. The steam rising from a coffee cup. A few seconds of somethings that feels i have. And i lose them almost immediately. The fact that i still exist. I am grateful that we are all so different. Different wounds. Different medicines. Different versions of okay. And yet, against every odd, we are here. At the same time. Breathing under the same wounded sky. Not because we earned it. Not because we performed well in therapy. Not because our brain chemistry finally cooperated. But because life, in its strange and broken beauty, simply gave us this. So tonight, if you are struggling, if you are weary, if you have stopped believing in frequencies and formulas and even in the gentle systems meant to help you. Know this: You do not need to change to receive. You have already received the only thing that matters. You are here. You are human. You are allowed to just be. And that, somehow, is enough.

If you could, what would you give?

...See more We all carry pain in some form , silent or loud, visible or buried. Whether it’s heartbreak, trauma, failure, or just the weight of surviving, suffering is a deeply human experience. Some of us have names for our wounds, diagnoses or histories. Others just feel the ache without knowing where it started. But the truth is: no one walks through life untouched. Some of us chase healing through spiritual purpose, others through relationships, success, or status. And in between all that, we reach for a friend, a pet, a book a quiet walk, a thread like this one. Sometimes we find solace in a simple moment of being heard. Sometimes, in the mirror, with a little self-appreciation, even if it’s shaky or unfinished. But what really matters, I believe, is what we make out of all this. What do we learn from the pain? Who do we become because of it? How do we use the lessons, the scars, the resilience. not just to endure, but to impact. In my own, small, and likely insignificant experience, I’ve found one truth that keeps returning: The best thing a human being can do is to give. To give love. To give food. To give guidance or time. Creat art and share it. Even a spontaneous smile — yes, just that — can be enough to change someone’s day, or stop a spiral in its tracks. And I’ve come to believe that no matter what we lose, face, or struggle with... the ability to give, even when we’re not okay. is one of the most honorable things we can offer the world. So I ask again: If you could, what would you give?

...See more Carl Jung once said that loneliness doesn’t come from being alone, but from being unable to express what matters most. If you’ve ever felt like no one gets you, like your emotions are too heavy, your thoughts too deep. Know that you’re not “too much.” You’re just tuned in to a deeper frequency. To analyse so intensely isn’t overthinking, its overfeeling . Jung believed those who suffer often become the most human, because their pain forces them to look inward, to ask the hard questions, to grow. If you’ve been abandoned, abused, misunderstood, or diagnosed with autism or poor social skills. your difference isn’t a flaw. It’s a gift. Seeing beyond social norms isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom. And it’s lonely sometimes, yes — but not because you’re unworthy. Because you’re rare. Healing isn’t about becoming “normal.” It’s about becoming YOU. fully and fearlessly. The world needs people like you. Sensitive souls. Deep thinkers. Quiet rebels. Brave survivors. Being different means you notice beauty others ignore. You ask questions others avoid. You care when others detach. And trauma? Its not your identity. It’s something that happened, its not who you are. Your story isn’t over. You’re not behind. You’re becoming. Don’t dim your light to fit in. Shine — especially in the dark.
