Day 2

Day 2 sober of a habit I’ve had for 3-4 years. Being that I’m nineteen it feels alot longer.

I know that it’s encouraged to find support and to reach out to those around you, However, I keep getting signs to keep this private

I’ve tried to get sober in the past and then told people around me prematurely. I don’t really want their energy with it. For those who want me to get sober, they’ll get really excited, And for those who are in the daily habit like me, they won’t understand.
