I still have to quit marijuana too, but most of the journey is behind me — I’ve already quit hard drugs and alcohol by understanding what I truly want without addiction, what it was holding me back from, repeating my goal daily, replacing the habit with action, treating every relapse as a step forward, and learning to feel my internal state so that my body starts seeing using as worse than being sober. It’s been three years — it’s not fast, but the path is real. Wishing you strength, clarity, and patience — you can do this.
