I am no alcoholic, however I was raised by many when I was adopted as a infant, I'm now in my late twenties, being around people who drink does something to you starting at a very young age. Well it's been a very stressful year, months, weeks, days. I was bought a small bottle of red wine, fine no big deal it was quite nice after so much crap and the aftermath effect. The problem is I just want more and not just wine, I can't quite describe the feeling, what is this, how do I address this the appropriate way instead of freaking out, we can only blame our childhoods to a certain extent before we are the issue. I want to break that cycle not repeat and ect. if anyone can help please

@crimsonRaspberries1486

I appreciate your honesty.

Yes, we are all brought up in a certain environment and we do what we see.

Its what we know.

But when we also know it's not healthy, and it's not going to add to our well being , it's important to be honest.

You don't need alcohol to be happy or solve any of life's problems.

Awareness is key 💜💕
