Therapy is better
I’ve had a life of pretty wild nights. Lots of drugs.Lots of money. Lots of failed relationships. All because I was running away from and numbing trauma I didn’t know how to identify or process. I spent a decade chasing the sun rise and then going to work and would repeat this over and over again. Finally after a night losing 3500 at high stakes craps table in Vegas at like 7am and then some how being at a strip club after that. I decided it was enough. To be honest I wish I could go back and start therapy years ago.

Well, I'm glad you are starting therapy now. You needed that decade to lead up to your current decision to do better, things played out the way they were meant to and now you are exactly where you need to be. No years are lost.
