Hi there,

I found this app 'cause I really needed to change something in my life, and honestly, the stories I read here pushed me to take that first step.

I’ve been sober for 35 days now—no alcohol, no drugs, nothing.

I was stuck for 3 years in a cycle of cocaine and alcohol. I used so much I’d black out, lose control, didn’t even know what I was doing. It got to the point where not even coke could keep me going.

Got into serious legal trouble, pushed my family away, and every time the high wore off, I’d crash into deep depression.

I’m writing this for anyone out there who feels like there's no way out. I’ve been there. But there is a way.

The first days are rough, and yeah, the thought of using again comes up. But I remind myself of what I already lost, and what more I could lose. That keeps me grounded. That keeps me saying “no.”

One step at a time, things can get better. You haven’t lost everything.

Thanks for sharing your stories they helped me a lot. Keep going. Stay strong.

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing your truth so openly. Your words are powerful, and your strength shines through every line. 35 days sober is an incredible milestonenot just in time, but in courage, in choosing life, and in breaking free from what once held you down. That’s no small thing, and I hope you're proud of yourself, because I sure am.

Reading your story, I could feel the pain you’ve walked through—but also the hope and fire in your voice. The kind that says, “I’ve been through heck, but I’m not staying there.” That kind of honesty saves lives. You’re living proof that recovery is possible, even after the darkest moments. You’re reclaiming your life one day at a time, and that matters more than you know.

Please keep going. Your voice matters here. You matter. And someone out there is going to read your words and take their first brave step—just like you did.

Stay strong, and keep choosing you. 💪 One step at a time.

Much love,

Kayla 💕🌈
