Meth addict
I'm addicted to meth and can't stop and would like to but it's hard
I’m in the same situation, it is very difficult and I relapsed over a week ago but trying to quit again.
Im trying to stop also and I keep relapsing also so don't feel alone. I struggle every day with my meth addiction and I've never felt so low and lonely and wanting to just give up and let the drug win.
It can all be okay I promise. The worst is happening now. You can do this, the battle is what you make it so please believe in yourself
Im also in the same boat. Im 19 and I have a dependency for meth. I can’t go without and I have nothing because of it
I recently released myself I've been up for 6 days I'm losing it
The worst part about being a meth addict is you can still maintain a normal looking life... and that is fun for a little while, but just gets exhausting so quickly.
same. My friends had no idea, couldn’t believe it. They expected me to look like a homeless crazy person. But you can be a normal nice person, but methed up! Its mad. Get help ❤️ Before you do eventually look like a zombie! It will take over eventually
I have been awake for 6 days I'm going through a separation cps rehab & counseling while trying to maintain a job

Glad you are taking steps to find another pathway in your life. From your post, it sounds like you are placing a priority on your health. I commend you for actively pursuing healthy options.
It is also worth noting, that there are additional areas of self-care that are easy to forget, like nutrition (drinking water especially), supplements (naturally growth vitamins including B12 and B6, Omega13, etc.), and the best one is rest and reflection. Instead of viewing these as advice, they are examples of the many options you have available for your health and well-being. thank you.

By the replies, you may sense that relapse is common. There is one factor above all else that causes relapse and it isn't willpower. Rather, it is a matter of finding healthy options to the symptoms.
All of us deserve well-being, we all know what it feels like, which means it is innate. The best way to restore well-being is through insight. Every inner sight that leads towards health is worth listening and follow through, even tiny insight have value.
I commend you and the many members here for sharing a common pitfall, and there can be many pits in life. However, life is more about the pits, it finding the road that leads towards well-being.

Glad you reached out You can do this, it won't be easy but it is possible and way harder where you are than anywhere else. Breathe. Be kind to yourself. Be brave.
