Quitting meth
Im trying and trying to quit meth but it’s so hard to what’s the best way to go about it
I literally downloaded a book on Kindle that's called 'How to Quit Meth'. It was free to download with my Kindle Unlimited Membership. I read the sample and thought omg this might be exactly what I've been looking for. It's a simple self-guided program.
I definitely understand your struggle as I'm in the same boat. It is sooo hard to kick this addiction! It's a hell of a drug that's for sure. Theres no pill or medication or miracle cure for meth which makes it that much harder.
I'm here if you wanna talk!!!
That’s Awesome thanks a lot I use to use 15 years ago and I stopped when I met my partner and moved away but as COVID hit I met someone and started again after 15 years with nothing not even a drink and now I can’t seem to forgive myself or get over the fact and I have no family left and who I do have I don’t talk to from abuse and sexual abuse and talking to my husband somedays now is like to to a brik wall so that’s nice
Thanks Austin
Can I ask, I have been using for a month now. I want to stop tonight. When and how will withdrawwal affect me? What can I expect?
You might want to have some multivitamins vitamin c something for muscle pain maybe some melatonin to help you sleep and seek professional help right away for the mental withdrawals
When you have mental withdrawals when you go through it when you quit you need medication for it to help you feel better mentally
Have you tried going to a NA group meeting?
keep strong and focused on all the reasons to stop, you can do it!!! Ice is all that is evil and is a fight you will win. Reach out when need and seek professional help if it gets too much.
