Loss

I feel like life is crumbling beneath my feet. I can't seem to know or understand the losses ive been brought into. I really don't have the capacity to do alot like even go to church rn and socialize. I have a very toxic family and I'm seeing things for what they are. I can't help but feel incredibly sad like when will this pass.
