Afraid to find a job

I am scared of mobbing, harrasement, jealous people, narcissists who gossip about me and i am hesitant to look for jobs even tho i know i will end up hungry and homeless with no one to help me.

Sadly those are problems which exist but they do not exist everywhere. A healthy work environment is important and it can help to check how the general staff situation in a company is before signing any contract. Sorry if you have had to cope with such challenges before.
Have you also thought about working from home, many companies offer home work these days?
