Been a while since i can hold my head up, bad mistake after another.
@adaptableSkies177 I think looking back everyone sees things they would do differently if they knew the outcome.
What I try and do is write down the thing I feel did not turn out right,
- Express regret that is sincere but not guilt and no beating myself up
- Remember what my purpose and goals are and reaffirm those
- Make a decision not to repeat the mistake for a reasonable length of time.
- Do things to help other people and or myself to help patch up the wounds.
Hope you find a way to go beyond the blame game and get the support you are looking for.
Thanks soulsings, all i do is help people id never see anyone struggle ever, but what i did was so wrong and it didnt even seem that bad at the time, how wrong was i, no amount of sorrys will help me, just time and patience and a lot of good deeds to try help my soul. 😩🤯
