Been a while since i can hold my head up, bad mistake after another.

@adaptableSkies177 I think looking back everyone sees things they would do differently if they knew the outcome.

What I try and do is write down the thing I feel did not turn out right,

  1. Express regret that is sincere but not guilt and no beating myself up
  2. Remember what my purpose and goals are and reaffirm those
  3. Make a decision not to repeat the mistake for a reasonable length of time.
  4. Do things to help other people and or myself to help patch up the wounds.

Hope you find a way to go beyond the blame game and get the support you are looking for.

Thanks soulsings, all i do is help people id never see anyone struggle ever, but what i did was so wrong and it didnt even seem that bad at the time, how wrong was i, no amount of sorrys will help me, just time and patience and a lot of good deeds to try help my soul. 😩🤯
