Had a bad night out at a birthday party and didn’t expect to get drunk, but I did and said some thing to my son that I should haven never said to him an I think I broke him for real, ended up getting into an argument with him an then his girl came an hit me an the grand baby came an I accidentally hit her while I was yelling at my son but don’t know if it was after her mom hit me or not. I haven’t seen the video.

Well my son called the cops an told them I hit his daughter who is my granddaughter who I love very much an would have never done anything too like that but I remember telling her no an trying to keep her away from her being by me an her dad arguing. Well I sat in holding an went to court. Still fighting it an DCFS got involved my son isn’t talking to me I did tell him that night I didn’t mean to hit my granddaughter I just didn’t want her by us while arguing but again don’t know if she was coming up cause she seen her mom hit me or before. I haven’t no clue what to do I’m so depressed I can’t see them they are my whole world. I’m dying inside a next month is my sons birthday and mine.

@Tinkerbell526

I can only imagine how much you would like to undo this situation but sadly it's not possible. Good though that you apologized to your son and explained that you didn't hit her intentionally. So many things can happen when our minds are not clear but clouded by alcohol. I hope things will be alright again one day, but your son and granddaughter might need time to be ready to forgive. I hope you can forgive yourself.

I'm no expert but best course of action I guess is, not to touch alcohol.
