Exercise anyone?

When you exercise, your body releases feel-good chemicals. In addition exercise helps divert your mind from negativity, channeling that energy elsewhere.

  • What kind of  exercise routine do you currently follow?
  • If you do not have an exercise routine, how do you feel that exercise could be beneficial to you?

@soulsings I like to go to the gym about 3-4x a week. I do a mix of resistance training and cardio. Some days I just go in for cardio. I also love to dance for cardio. When the weather is nice, I usually take walks during sunset.

@soulsings I have a rowing machine at home which I use quite regularly. I like walking and hiking, and swimming in the river in summer. I've just started doing qigong recently too, and although it's early days, I'm finding the results fantastic so far. So hopefully I can keep it up!

@TaniD glad you have a routine. The way I figure it if I was not doing all these things I could be worse!

@soulsings

I try to work out 4 days a week (Fri-Mon) as those are the days I don't have later shifts at work. I follow several youtube channels that offer dance, strength training, and stretching.
